CERBERUS Deadlift Shin Guards are designed to give you stability, performance, compression and warmth to support your shin and calf area. Our high quality neoprene has a very secure fit and gives excellent compression helping to stimulate blood flow and improve recovery whilst training. The support provided by our Calf Sleeves can increase proprioception helping to give you higher muscle coordination and make your movements more dynamic - ideal for moving events like yoke, farmers or loading events.

They are fantastic for prehab and rehab helping to reduce inflammation, providing pain relief, and helping to improve shin splints. They help to prevent cramps, strains and tears in your calf muscle. They are also great for shin protection against scrapes and scratches from weightlifting/deadlifts and also provide good protection from rope climbs.

To get your size measure around widest part of your calf. If youare on the borderline ie 41cm then choose the smaller size.
